It includes a nicely decorated balcony, a newly renovated kitchen, a wonderful bathroom, a living room (including a sofa bed), and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed.
The apartment is designed for tourists and has plenty of storage space (even for large suitcases).
The building has a wonderful gym and the pool was recently renovated and completely overhauled!

In the immediate vicinity (walking distance) you will find plenty of restaurant options, children’s play areas, 5-star hotels, bars, transportation, shopping centers, beauty salons, barbers and whatever your heart desires.
The building has a 24/7 open large supermarket. In 10 minutes you will also be able to walk to the wonderful Bluewaters Island with Ceasars Palace, Ain Dubai, various high quality restaurants and other famous attractions.
By metro or taxi you will have easy access to the remaining popular parts of Dubai such as Burj Al Arab (15 min), Downtown (20 min), Business Bay (25 min) etc.
