Beautiful city views, easy access to the apartment, convenient location, there are always taxis near the building, a supermarket in the next building, a coffee shop and pizzeria, a pharmacy, and a beauty salon. A large TV if you get bored. The host is very hospitable, responds quickly, and is pleasant to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at Jens' Airbnb. The apartment felt like a home away from home—clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, with Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall just a short distance away, making it easy to explore the city.Jens was a fantastic host, providing clear communication and helpful information before and during our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the property offered excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Great location, very friendly service and always quick answers. Great apartment. Also not loud because of the construction site next door. Glad to come back!
