The space

This carefully architecht-designed large studio apartment in the heart of Downtown Dubai boasts 42 sqm of space and has sleeping area for 3. It includes a neatly decorated balcony, a newly refurbished kitchen, a wonderful bathroom, a living room (including a sofabed) area and a separate sleeping area with a queen size bed.

The apartment is designed with tourists in mind and has plenty of storage space (even for large suitcases).

The building has a magnificent gym as well as a rooftop pool area.

In near vicinity (walking distance) you will find Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountains, plenty of restaurant options, parks, kids play areas, 5-star hotels, bars, transportation, malls, beauty salons, barbers, and whatever your heart desires.

The building has a 24/7 open large supermarket. In 10 minutes, you can drive to the wonderful Jumeirah Open Beach or La Mer Beach, various high quality restaurants and other famous attractions.

By metro or taxi you will have easy access to the remaining popular parts of Dubai, such as Burj Al Arab (15 min) , Dubai Marina (20 min) , Business Bay (5 min) etc.

The nearest metro station is in Dubai Mall. Dubai Mall is only a 6-7 minute walk away.
